Since 2005 I am offering consulting on telecommunications
regulation and internet-related topics.
I studied technical mathematics and law. My professional
experience
includes six years in the legal department of the Austrian
telecommunications regulator.
As an independent consultant I worked in
projects
for the Croatian and the Albanian telecommunications regulators. I am also
monitoring telecommunications regulation in Austria and Germany
and the regulation of information society services in South East Europe for
Cullen International.
